
















The Tall Ships Races 2018 will visit Esbjerg July 18 – 21. Esbjerg is the second host port in the 2018 race. The ships start in Sunderland, England, then sail to Esbjerg, Denmark, further on to Stavanger, Norway and the final port in the 2018 race is Harlingen, Netherlands. Sunderland in the UK is a city with an international outlook in the north of England, enjoying both a spectacular coastline and a river that runs through the city centre. Esbjerg in Denmark supports the fundamental values of Sail Training and its main goal is for everyone - young as well as old, novices and ship enthusiasts alike - to experience the event up close. Stavanger is located on the south-western coast of Norway and is known as the ‘energetic city’, because its natural coastal location and open and progressive attitude has made it the energy capital of both Norway and Europe.
